These guys are out but the MAGA grand mother from Iowa with no criminal record is still being held without bail for a year and a half right? We certainly don’t want her out, she’s a menace!

Or no real ties, just a humiliated secret service looking to make an example out of them for making them look like fools?

Joe Biden is a prisoner of the US Gov currently. Hell, even the guy who swore him in was arrested. We saw that dude being hauled out in cuffs.
Chief Justice John Roberts was arrested? When did I miss this?

A POTUS getting arrested. The military involved in playing the movie but no one talks and leaks the plan. Riiiiiiiight on Quack.
It’s amazing to me how big the conspiracy would have to be for you Quacks to be right. Hundreds or thousands of people involved in it. Yet it’s a massive secret. Come on man get out od the basement. Take the tin foil off.

If only those two were waved into the Capitol building by Capitol police, on Jan 6th... they would've been imprisoned for a year and every aspect of their lives would be heavily investigated by multiple government agencies.

Apologies. Not John Roberts (although I think his day is coming too). I was thinking of Roy Blunt. It isn't clear that he is in cuffs, but he was being led out by the arm with both hands behind his back.
Roy Blunt planned the inauguration and gave remarks during the event.

So, the good guy inadvertently caught a set of the bad guys that the bad guys in our DOJ didn't want caught.
got it.

Because Biden obviously was arrested at his inauguration. The moment he was sworn in was the moment the military took control and we are now watching a scripted movie drawn up to bring this all to a close. It's pretty obvious.
What is obvious is that he operates freely and openly as any other president. He also signs bills into law. The military in charge? Who is this military? Where is this military.
Everything you believe about Biden not being President you read on the internet and you can't provide one shred of independent evidence to support it.
Where the hangup here is the fact that his arrest hasn't been made public yet. But eventually it will be. And in the end, I will not be the one looking like a "mental midget." A lot of you are going to have massive egg on your faces. Thanks for adding your name to that list.
Ed, you've doubled down so much you won't even consider yourself to be wrong. All you look far are 'independent sources' on the internet that supports what you've decided to believe. You are no longer vetting information rationally. I hope you haven't stopped paying taxes because of National Economic Security and Recovery Act (NESARA). I know those who share your beliefs who have.
I offer a challenge: test the spirits. Buy this book and read it. You need to be honest with yourself. Escaping the rabbit hole. You've already questioned everything you used to believe once. It's time to do it again.

Probably Paki Intel like the Anwars.[/quote]
And after all the evidence against those Paki brothers, they were let go and they immediately fled back to Pakistan.
This is such a joke that a judge is going to let these people go based on all the crap found in their home/apartment.

You mean like that stack of EOs he had on his desk that were all blank?
Nah, I'm not going over all of this again. It's already been out there and I'm just reminding people it is still in play.

Well, I mean, there are the EOs Trump signed aimed at protecting our elections and the fact that he enacted continuity of government plans before stepping down.
quote:
The military in charge? Who is this military? Where is this military.
Yes. I don't think we actually know for sure which continuity of government plans were enacted, but I believe it was likely Granite Shadow. This places second tier officers in charge and they are stationed throughout the country.
Imagine a scenario where Granite Shadow is even dreamt up to begin with. If you are placing "second tier officers" in charge of the entire country, this means that you are foretelling a situation where even the Pentagon is compromised. And low and behold, that's exactly what we see, unless everyone likes top brass like Milley wax for us the virtues of CRT.
Pretty crazy to think that we may be dealing with a situation where even the military has to be sorta turned against itself to pull us out of the mess we are in. But that's exactly where we sit.
Like I've said before, folks better hope that we are right. Because if we are not, we, as a country, are completely fricked.
As for the rest, folks can say what they want, but just like with some of us calling out Biden for not being in the White House and it turns out he's been doing business from a movie set, with this too many of us have been pointing out all along that we have people posing as SS agents. Again, true.
quote:
Ed, you've doubled down so much you won't even consider yourself to be wrong.
I've been wrong many times throughout this ordeal. This comes with the territory when we don't have the answers and can't rely on the media to report the truth. A lot of the finer points we have all missed on. But the big things we have been absolutely correct about.
Covid for instance. 40,000,000 people put out of work. Millions of deaths and a vaccine that is literally poisoning people. The same dude that you guys wanna call an idiot (me) has been pointing these things out this entire time as a man made virus released as a pretense to defraud the election. 100% true and called a loon for saying it.

WASHINGTON, April 12 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Tuesday declined to jail two men accused of impersonating federal agents and supplying Secret Service personnel with gifts, dealing a blow to prosecutors who had argued that the defendants pose a danger and should be detained.
Arian Taherzadeh, 40, and Haider Ali, 35, were arrested last week and are accused of providing gifts worth thousands of dollars such as rent-free apartments and iPhones to Secret Service agents, including one who protected first lady Jill Biden. The Secret Service is the agency responsible for protecting the president and other top U.S. officials.
"There's been no showing that national security information has been compromised," U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Harvey said.
Harvey ordered both men to remain in home confinement, subject to GPS monitoring, with their parents and that they surrender their passports and stay away from airports and embassies. Harvey agreed to stay his order until Wednesday morning while the government mulls whether to appeal.
The judge said prosecutors did not prove the defendants tried to infiltrate the Secret Service with nefarious purposes, and noted they were so "spectacularly outed" that there is no risk anymore that they can continue to pose as agents.
Harvey said neither defendant is charged with a violent crime and neither one faces a stiff prison term if convicted - all elements that work against the prosecution's claims they pose a danger to the community. Harvey added there have been "significantly worse and more dangerous impersonation cases" before the court in the past.
At the same time, Harvey said he does believe prosecutors have enough evidence to secure convictions in the case.
The challenges prosecutors faced in convincing Harvey to detain the defendants appeared to stem, at least in part, from the rushed nature of the investigation.
Earlier on Tuesday, federal prosecutor Joshua Rothstein told the judge the FBI was forced to move before it was ready against the two after a Secret Service investigator for unclear reasons tipped them off that they were under scrutiny.
In a hearing, Rothstein said the tip-off occurred on April 4 after the Secret Service launched an internal inquiry and placed four agents on administrative leave for accepting gifts from Taherzadeh and Ali.
"An investigator, as part of that internal investigation, reached out to Mr. Taherzadeh via email ... saying that he needed to get information, and Mr. Taherzadeh responded," Rothstein told the judge.
Rothstein did not explain why the Secret Service investigator informed Taherzadeh about the inquiry.
There was no indication the tip-off was intended to protect the defendants, but it prompted the Justice Department to rush the next day for the court's approval for a warrant that preceded the arrests last Wednesday.
“Because this matter is pending adjudication by a federal court, it is not appropriate for the Secret Service to make any comments on prosecutorial statements," a Secret Service spokesperson said in an email to Reuters.

This is downright nuts. Did the Magistrate want the guys to kill someone first?
The hearing is this morning. Will the DOJ show evidence? Will anybody speak to the fact presented in court that these guys were tipped off?

They have a hearing this morning where the DOJ shows evidence to retain them and put them in jail.
And this whacky magistrate doesn't think all of the stuff in their luxury Apartment is enough evidence. The DOJ has to be the ones claiming one traveled to a terrorist hot spot.
So why didn't they bring this evidence with them to court? This Magistrate said 3 years for impersonating agents, unless the DOJ can remember to put all the evidence in the briefcases this time?
Who is to say these guys aren't long gone like Durham's Igor with unsecured bond?
