The Facebook app is basically malware. It is constantly working, collecting every bit of data on you. Only way to stop it is to delete the app.

Canceled Facebook. It's a wicked enterprise that seeks to destroy America. I'm out.

I don’t have Facebook but my guess is they changed their terms of use. Read that area carefully.

I mean there's a reason they blocked FB on mobile and basically made you DL the app.

FB is available on mobile without the app. If you want to send messages on mobile you need the messenger app. To your point, yea they push people to the app for a reason. They are monetizing our data and why their stock shot through the roof.

I've got an update to my phone that appeared right after the inauguration. I still haven't updated it and I always do my updates right away. I'm afraid of what's in it. Looks like it's going to nag me in perpetuity.

Same thing with my Windows 7 Ultimate OS on my desktop. Haven't received a Windows update notification in years then all the sudden one pops up right after the inauguration. It's for that typical windows Defender update but who knows what they put back in it and released it again because I've had it hidden from my update list since I last formatted.

The good thing about Android is you can turn all of that stuff off in permissions if you want.

They updated or had some other activity going on that required a reset on their end, forcing new sessions for everybody.

I don’t use Facebook, but not everything’s a conspiracy.

So FB found a vulnerability, made the fix without saying there was ever a problem, and now they're making the forever-on reload a fresh version.

And now the Q'tards are afraid for their very existence.. (once again)... the sky is falling... (once again)...and the big bad wolf just knocked on the door...(once again).

Delete the app off your mobile device. If you want to browse their site then do it from a web browser.

Don’t know about Android but I had an IPhone with the permissions off for location on the Facebook app and it was still tracking my location somehow.
