I said Cassidy was a snake, you love that sorry motherfricker. I said frick him and voted for the welder
I said Kamala Harris was the pick of the handlers of the swamp.
I called ALL of this on this site.
No offense, but I put the skins on on the wall, and all you have is your revisionist history.
I called this shite too, but the fact of the matter is you fundamentally don’t understand the Vice Presidency. Kamala is wanting Joe to die, and in order for DeSantis to accept the VP position and give up being Governor of Florida requires the same level of sociopathy.

Good to see you understand that's the historical rule.

My take is that Trump gives DeSantis th reigns.
Wouldn't be the first time he's done that.
After all, Trump let his liberal son in law and and daughter run the show behind the scenes and completely undermine his 2016 platform and drive his reelection campaign straight into the trash.
But still, it's interesting you think the Trump is going to pick a VP that would surely overshadow him with a ton of star power.
A guy as ego driven as Donald Trump?

Seriously, I’m curious if some of these people have ever seen Donald Trump.

He literally kicked Steve Bannon out of the White House he was doing too many interviews and TV appearances and was being touted by the media as the genius behind the 2016 victory.
Trump doesn't like being upstaged.
It's his show.
Period.

I would prefer Trump to step aside and appreciate all that he has done to bring light to the mob in Washington. He has changed American history forever and will probably be studied as an enigmatic leader for centuries.

Bottom line is if Trump wants the nomination he should have it . He won the 2020 election in a landslide , and no one that voted for him in 2020 won’t vote for him now . He will only add votes . However if Trump does not want the nomination it’s open season and I for one will be voting for Desantis .

If you are asking me, I did say... tell me who could beat him? If nobody can beat him, then he will win.
Go ahead ... TELL ME who would beat DeSantis in a Primary or General. If you look up, I already stated exactly why ... maybe you missed it, but there were Republicans who publicly stated they would not vote for Trump, there were other that did not say publicly that we know did not.
Name one Republican that would not vote for DeSantis.

Shhhhhh
You are in a thread with RINOs that actually believe Biden got 81 million votes.
As for DeSantis, if he gets the nomination, I’m more than ready to ride.

Trump literally ran against the it's his/her turn crowd in 2016 when they were running Jeb and Hillary and you want to apply the same mindset to Trump and say it's (still) his turn when he's had two bites at the apple already?
In elections for me, it's not about which candidate deserves it the most, it's about which candidate that's the closest to my worldview that has the best chance of winning.

Once the Dems are done vilifying him nonstop via the MSM, the same RINOs that didn’t vote for Trump. Hell, I predict Sentrius will change his mind by Halloween.

The issue is how many people agree that Trump was the legitimate winner of the '20 election. We need to get the numbers on that.
I'd wager close to 40% of the electorate believe so. You are absolutely correct that Trump's support base will not falter. There would be maybe 12 people in the entire land who voted for Trump in 2020 who wouldn't vote for him again.
We have a real shot at this next election, and the dishonesty has rightfully been exposed.
For my own sake, and the sake of the country, I don't want to watch this country fall apart under Biden's administration. And it won't; however, enough people will recognize the policies Biden's administration dissolved that benefitted them while Trump was in office.
- Tough stance on illegal immigration
- Rewarding the middle class with tax cuts
- Job growth, lower rate of inflation, cost of living not as high
Some of this has certainly been fricked up by the pandemic, but enough people will realize by 2024 how good they had it under mean old Donald Trump.

I voted Trump in 2016, 2020 and would do the same again in 2024 if he's the nominee with no hesitation.
Why?
Because I understand that elections have consequences and they are about what world you want to live in.
Doesn't mean I think he's the best capable candidate for 2024 at this time.

From Reuters - May 24
40% is too low, try 53%
