He should help them stay home so they can contribute to their own country. They all leave, it hallows out what’s left of the country and economy, and he doesn’t have enough money to support this as a solution perpetually.

Is this the first and only time you've ever researched Soros or seen anything he's put his money towards?
I have no problem with this, but the man is literally famous for sowing discord and destabilizing foreign governments to make money and push his beliefs in the wake. To act otherwise is disingenuous when he admits as much himself.
