Maybe, maybe not. One of the top execs of my company sent out a very confusing email a couple of weeks ago that said that the economy is forcing the company to focus on skills during hiring now. He said that we are still committed to DEI but don’t be surprised at the metrics that show up in future DEI reports. Once you’re in though, I think promotions, raises, bonuses, etc will still be driven by DEI.

Conservatives should follow Desantis's lead and leverage State power to break the jaw of wokeness.

Companies are not driven by profit anymore. They're driven by whatever it takes to maintain access to capital. This is because of ESG.
