To me at the moment (more research needed) it appears that yes they recognized Charlie Kirk years ago and set up a plan to take over his legacy and infiltrate it just like Satan did with the Catholic church and so many other churches.
Now they get the wealth and get to slowly destroy it and turn it into something evil with the hope of bring along good people by doing it gradually.
But like I said, I am just looking into this and time will tell.

Yep. they honeypotted Charlie to co-opt the movement he created. this is a very common tactic.
