Info to explain his complaint in the video about "not selling anything," etc, would be fine.
And if he didn't have any actual cigarettes on him, that would be presented as well.

Yup. Accidentally homicided. I agree.

You seem hung up on "homicide" as though it assigns fault. In this case, it's a medical term, not a legal one.
There's justifiable homicide, you know that, right?

Yes. There is accidental homicide. Asthma is not accidental homicide.

No, he's rightfully hung up on homicide because posters keep insinuating he died primarily because of his poor health, as if he was probably going to die later that day anyways.

You didn't answer my question. Was he really never convicted for any of the 30 arrests? I honestly don't know but that would be messed up...
Granted, I'm only searching third-party background aggregators because the primary source (NY courts website) charges a ridiculous $65 per search. But CriminalSearches has bupkis, and BeenVerified shows a bunch of "nolle prosequi."
Given that, and the fact that I can find nothing from any source, even in the fever swamps of right-wing news media, discussing any convictions, I'm 95% sure he hasn't been. The other 5% being maybe he has one or two convictions on the cigarette charges only and those aren't showing up in the aggregators for whatever reason.

Ahh, ok. That's what I get for not reading every page of the thread. Next time...

Is this legal? Leaking juvenile records? There were some rumors here in STL about Brown's juvie records but there were no official leaks of any information that might be considered prejudicial.

From your link headline:
I just don't think the DA would leave out a lesser charge if a regular citizen had been the aggressor.

They may have been justified in arresting him, but they could have gone about it without choking him out. And his previous record is irrelevant in this instance.
Why isn't it relevant? Garner said he was resiting and wanted the police to go away and stop bothering him so much. We now know why he was bothered so much.

Are you sure that is what happened? I read that he died of other causes while in the Ambulance?

I would have definitely stopped choking him sometime after he was on the ground and while he was saying "I can't breathe". Cop will get his issue when the Feds investigate. Garner family will get paid. Cops wanted to enforce some cigarette sales tax liberal BS, so I hope the negative publicity and money that will be lost in lawsuits that enforcing that $6 a pack was worth it.
