Encouragement From The Real World Today

I attended my daughter's graduation today.
We live in a suburb of Atlanta and her school is 30% black and 55% white.
The graduation was held today due to Covid.
She has a class of around 500 kids and they played the National Anthem before graduation.
2 students sat down and zero parents sat down.
Everyone else stood. And everyone was polite and got along.
I know the media wants us to think we live in a different America today than we did 6 months ago.
But we don't. Our news is different and maybe our inner cities are different, but most of America is still America.
