He was referring to being incorrect when he was discussing all of the expenditures and where they are going and who they are for, because the records and memos are very vague or non-existent.
Which is part of the problem. The example was that the "$50 million in condoms for Gaza" was for Gaza in Mozambique in Africa, not Gaza in the Middle East. But the expense notation did not differentiate that.
So, they were wrong - strictly on the technical location the money was going.

Yet he somehow wasn’t going to come out and be specific or even detail what that money actually went there for until the reporter mentioned it. Wasn’t going to point on the need to be specific AND get it correct before running to Twitter. You do realize he just can not say it if it isn’t accurate right? Just because HE didn’t know what/where it was for, doesn’t mean others didn’t. The crazy part about it is that he gave much less resistance and mental gymnastics about being wrong than the cronies on here.

That issue with the "Gaza" location had been known for days. It seems to me to be a minor mistake. The problem was that the money was being spent, not necessarily the location.
Also, the details of the expenditures are intentionally obfuscated for this very reason - to make it harder to show what is being spent and where. That is part of the issue being exposed.
