Well the clip is clearly deceptive and provides no information, like, a date of the testimony. A link to the full clip would be helpful to get full context.

As an Army veteran, I seriously doubt that testimony. That person had to be lying, unless....it came from the DEI part of the military. You know, the trans-freaks who live a lie everyday of their lives, convinced that they are not the sex they were born into. Joe and the DemoRats just love those insane maggots.
I was in during Gerald Ford's administration. Nothing special about him but he wasn't ruining the military like Biden and Austin wholeheartedly did! I would've been proud to serve under Trump and Hegseth!

That’s what I was thinking. I would also think that if this video was legit and this testimony was true, there’d be a transcript of it somewhere, but I really don’t care enough to go check.
