Clear this up for me.
I'm reading how it's worded very deceptively.
It appears to be a pay raise for teachers but it's not. It's just a continuance of a temporary bonus they've had the past few years.
There's a number of other things intertwined in this. Why?
IT doesn't make sense when there is a yes or no to numerous issues.

I’m not Elon Musk but I think I’m safely above average intelligence. If I can’t figure out a prop on the ballot I usually vote no.

How is it not?

If this thing fails, guess what> Teachers arent getting that bonus money any time soon. Because the local school boards sure as damn well are not going to fund it. This forces them to fund it

RobbBobb, you best research it.
All 2 does is give them the temporary bonus they had. It does NOT insure any long term raise.

My wife is a teacher. Her superintendent is against it. Because it forces the district to make last years bonus permanent in the salary schedule

i.e. A teacher who made $40K last year, got the bonus and filed taxes on $42K. If Amnd 2 fails, that teacher will file taxes on $40K this year. If it passes, shes gets $42K minimum every year
