Lighting and camera angle make big differences. Facial hair can cause perception differences as well (that's why fugitives, spies, etc. use it as part of a disguise). This isn't difficult stuff.

Look at the fricking nose. You can't change that short of surgery.

Don’t you think someone else would have picked up on this other than a handful of posters on Tigerdroppings if it was even remotely possible that these booking pictures are of two different people. Hell, the conservative media would be all over this if there was any legitimate doubt.
