I haven't heard shite about this in months.
I do remembering hearing about egg prices on the media, podcasts, and even congressmen from the dais. I thought the egg-world had ended.
I wonder why I haven't heard much lately.
I am still having trouble finding hens for a gumbo.... imPREACH 47!!!!
ETA: ~breaking news~ Federal district judge in San Francisco just ordered chicken farmer to increase prices 100 fold.

This was always going to happen.
Stupid to go all-in on egg prices when there is a clear history of stable low prices, when you have artificially created a temporary shortage.
1. Everyone knows the Democrats caused the shortage by questionably ordering the slaughter of all the hens.
2. It is an easy win for Trump when the market naturally recovers as new hens are bred, restoring the supply of eggs.
Its a classic own goal for the Dems.

All I know is I want a place where I can consistently get a good watermelon.
