The entire state hits the required measures, but because a few of the specific regions didn't the order gets extended. Even used some of the regions as plateauing as reason to extend.

Also said the rest of the state is what's holding up the NOLA area, which is funny when you see all the posts of people wanting to destroy NOLA

I went to Doc appt. this am... local lumberyard and grocery store... already today
