Set up some NGOs that will shovel billions of taxpayer dollars to the third world while their officials buy some more pleasure islands in the South Pacific where they can go relax from the hard work they do 'ending poverty.'

Most assuredly it had some non profit or international organization that takes donations and spends 95 percent on the donations as “administrative expenses”.

The billboard, if it was truthful, would say “I wanna bigger boat”. But people wouldn’t donate to that.

It’s like that woman who got pissed at that YouTuber that built water wells in rural Africa:
