The portable mitigation system lsu has pinpoints the operator? Most mitigation systems are simply a “rifle” that jams the signal and the drone will then land.
Dronesheild.com has a device that is a very popular cUAS platform. Those aren’t going to find where the operator is.

Look at the document on the left in the OP. There is no one assigned as a drone operator or as drone surveillance. It clearly states counter UAS.
Hernandez took that as this guy was assigned to fly a drone around and conduct surveillance because he doesn’t know shite like most people reporting on this.
He’s claiming the SS had assigned a drone operator. He’s wrong. Sorry the evidence is hard for you to read.

I’m only talking about the official document that’s in the OP. I’m not speculating about something a cop said in the video. Who know’s what drone he’s referring to.
Was it a drone that was operating during the rally? We don’t know. Was it a drone belonging to the local police? Belonging to SS? Was it a personal drone a cop brought?
