This would be the most GOPe thing ever.

Go after deep state operatives that fostered Crossfire Hurricane? Nope
Go after the perpetrators of the Ukraine phone call hoax? Nope
Go after companies that forced people in coercion to get the jab? Nope
Go after the FBI for raids on MAL? Nope
Go after the operatives that set up the Jan 6 conditions? Nope
Go after informants placed inside the Jan 6th rally? Nope
Go after reckless DAs using lawfare? Nope
Go after government employees that neglected hurricane victims? Nope
Go after government employees that helped illegal aliens? Nope
Go after Congressmen overstepping their bounds in Ukraine? Nope

Go after a guy that was committed to finding government waste and lost a personal fortune for himself and stock holders to help DJT? Yes.

Elon Musk once described his past immigration status as a ‘gray area’.

The investors soon found themselves surprised, Musk’s account captured in a video on the Milken Institute’s YouTube page. “When they did fund us,” Kimbal Musk recalled, “they realized that we were illegal immigrants. And had been lying about our status."

A. Person Procures Naturalization Illegally

A person is subject to revocation of naturalization if he or she procured naturalization illegally. Procuring naturalization illegally simply means that the person was not eligible for naturalization in the first place. Accordingly, any eligibility requirement for naturalization that was not met can form the basis for an action to revoke the naturalization of a person. This includes the requirements of residence, physical presence, lawful admission for permanent residence, and good moral character.

Discovery that a person failed to comply with any of the requirements for naturalization at the time the person became a U.S. citizen renders his or her naturalization illegally procured. This applies even if the person is innocent of any willful deception or misrepresentation.
