This article is a preview of the book, but wow, just this article. From the campaign wanting to lose, to Trump and Melania fighting on Inauguration day. There's just so much in here.

Amazing

Your candidate spent $1 billion and lost to a guy that didn’t even want to win.

Seemed pretty obvious early in the primaries.

But winning breeds motivation. Not to mention such a bad Dem candidate must have been quite motivating as well.

I've always said this.
Trump was never in it to win.
He just wanted to sell his brand, like he always does.
he fell backwards into it because the low IQ citizens of this country ate up the bombastic, blowhard routine. it's the same people that watch pro wrestling. that's his base.

So HRC was such a bad candidate that she couldn't beat a guy trying to lose?

This is how you melt. Use a wide brush to issue a blanket insult. You come across as poorly educated and low iq.

For someone who's not in it, he's doing pretty damn well.

add to that the access Hollywood tape and the false assault allegations Clinton paid for, and you have to wonder how they harmonize their narratives

trump is stupid...but then they charge him with all kinds of corruption that would suggest otherwise

trump isn't rich and isn't successful...while claiming that he's a fraud hero of the middle class because, get this, he's a billionaire.

Vince McMahon wishes his ratings corresponded to Trumps electoral landslide. He would be teabagging Goodell from his ratings throne.

Shitty democrat policy elected Trump.

re: Donald Trump didn't want to be President By Michael Wolff
quote:

Most presidential candidates spend their entire careers, if not their lives from adolescence, preparing for the role. They rise up the ladder of elected offices, perfect a public face, and prepare themselves to win and to govern. The Trump calculation, quite a conscious one, was different. The candidate and his top lieutenants believed they could get all the benefits of almost becoming president without having to change their behavior or their worldview one whit. Almost everybody on the Trump team, in fact, came with the kind of messy conflicts bound to bite a president once he was in office. Michael Flynn, the retired general who served as Trump’s opening act at campaign rallies, had been told by his friends that it had not been a good idea to take $45,000 from the Russians for a speech. “Well, it would only be a problem if we won,” Flynn assured them.

Narrator: They won.
