I guess what you're saying is Trump is the only billionaire narcissist who would sacrifice all to hold the office of POTUS? Could be? I certainly can't think of another narcissistic billionaire (pretty much all billionaires) who would risk their wealth or life to be POTUS, most of them are pretty influential within the ruling class anyway.
