The X post in the OP is recirculating old news. The indictment was unsealed last January. The case is still ongoing though.
Chances are good that this was done because Lemon had mentioned a possible run for office.

Video evidence of him acting as a journalists during that event in question, I guess we all shall see if this prosecution goes same as reflective pool vandalism case or 1st Comey prosecution or James prosecution or numerous other cases this DOJ has brought and has been dismissed
