It can only be Ted.
Ted is probably the most qualified and most intelligent and most legitimate conservative available. But I have trouble seeing him win. He's not a natural born salesman/politician IMO, so I think his best chance to win would be to stop trying that route and go full on attorney running for President. Make the case, destroy all challengers.
Otherwise Desantis has to rise to the top.

Ted is probably too much of an ideologue to capture the working-man-coalition in the Rust Belt.
There may be another map out there that could propel him. I don’t see it.
He might be too religious as well. We like our politicians to be not really religious. Just kinda religious.

Fine. Until such a person ever comes along on the GOP ticket, what do you propose to do? Keep waiting for you principled conservative crusader while the Dems play realpolitiks and get their people in office.

Fair point. I should have learned by bow now to label!

because technically that is hard right positions. Its just that many on here are just right wing progressives.
And welcome to the outsiders bro. We don't fit in here or any other "right wing" site because they aren't really true small government conservatives.

I don't think so.
I think his best role would be radio. Rush-like

prolly goldwater if being honest. But both Bushes were conservative before taking office to a certain extent. Reagan was to a certain extent.
Reagan spent to much, Bush and Bush JR were way too into stupid overseas shite.
Doesnt matter though, we have mutiple true conservative candidates in the senate right now and a good governor in florida that are more conservative than trump.
