A). You are subject to discovery regardless. In the words of the old common law maxim, every man owes his evidence. In more modern terms, anyone can subpoena your arse.
B). Dominion sued, so discovery doesn’t seem to worry them much.
C). If I’m reading this right, Powell’s defense is that no rational person could have believed what she said. Translated, she just called a lot of you here stupid. Also, considering she was asking people for money to promote the message, it’s a pretty weak defense.

Dominion is guilty and that's why they are filing such a large amount. Trying to intimidate all those who are after them. You know if they are innocent they wouldn't have to do this. But the evidence must be strong.
