So your concern is who is looking at it instead of what is being found?
my concern is who is looking at it and what they’re looking at besides what’s being found.
And anything else they might be doing while looking through everything.

Currently outside the purview of USDS.
::ACKCHYUALLY MEME:::
Under the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the U.S. Digital Service (USDS) has had the following authorities and roles:
USDS does not have direct control over agency budgets or the authority to allocate funds; their influence on spending comes through recommendations and collaboration with OMB and agency leadership.
Pausing Spending: Through
apportionment, OMB can effectively pause spending by not releasing funds for
certain programs or activities. This is often done for reasons like budget
reevaluation, policy alignment, or ensuring that funds are used efficiently.

Oh bullshite. Stfu
You’re concerned because your side is losing their honeypot and you won’t be able to force your agenda on the vast majority of honest Americans.

All I am asking for is actual transparency as to who and what they can look at.
Do you think he should be able to look through documents submitted by competitors for government contracts? Probably not. Can he? Maybe not. It would be nice to hear them say “no he doesn’t have full access”

They are already public. You can look at them if you want.

Oh sure sure. Protecting people’s private health info is a unquenchable passion of yours. Right right.
Enjoy your last few months of relevance.
Leftists, progressivism and the DNC are being flushed into the sewer of history.

I don’t give a damn what he does - this shite has got to end - 36 trillion In debt and this shite going on. What a screwing to the average tax payer.

This is going to be a lot tougher because in a sane world it’s all going to be payments to healthcare entities - so you have to show payment isn’t for services provided.
But you can pick out the crazy outliers and focus in on them. Ready to see big pharmacy chains, health insurers and others get exposed.

How would they violate HIPAA when they’re the payor?

DOGE isn’t the payor.

Great catch.
No other healthcare organization has ever had a third party audit. (Is this an official third party?)

When Ochsner does an audit they don’t just open all their files and documents to their accountants.
