There have been some denials and numerous reports of payment systems for Aids workers or whoever going offline.

I would say DOGE having federal employees personel files and full access to Medicare files in problematic in and of itself.

1. HIPPA isn’t “released” Medical Records are protected by HIPAA.
2. HIPAA is violated when someone you don’t authorize to view your records sees them or the medical providers who create and maintain them.
3. DOGE have accessing medical records in and of its self could violate HIPAA. They don’t need to release them to the public.
