Being expelled / not seated depends how this plays out. But with the apparent forgery of evidence it will be hard for the GOPe to refuse to seat someone who was clearly the target of a smear campaign.

Most photos of the yearbook were in black and white but looked strange.
Color photos showed the inscription to be in two different colors of ink.

I think he loses.
If he wins, as much as I loathe moore, i would be disappointed if his seat is yanked. Might as well call it quits if elections dont matter.
