“If” there were aliens visiting Earth from other planets or galaxies, our military weapons would be absolutely useless against them. Think about it. They can travel through the vast universe, but can’t defeat a radar or heat seeking missile.

Nope. Interstellar distances are just to great to believe we've been visited by intelligent extraterrestrials.
I do think it is possible scientists have cracked gravity and inertia, however. And if they have done that, then it is also possible they have cracked time itself.

Manmade black tech (designed off of others)
Others tech - likely not from other planets. Others are based locally (likely underground, in oceans and in/on the moon)
Science is looking for natural sources, but needs to consider this more as a forensic investigation (as others are deceptive and are not seeking open engagement while passing themselves off as various phenomenon over time: angels, demons, fairies, jinn and gray aliens to reflect the level of cultural development within a culture)
Current objects are likely balloons and politics
