Just a warning to those who don't worry about insurance because they are healthy.
I have great insurance but rarely ever used it.
Then at 47 I got cancer. I'm going to be ok but while I paid 4,000 my insurance company paid over 100,000.
That God i had good insurance.

I'm not going to worry about it because I know it will eventually happen, then fail and we'll go back to private insurance. If I live that long then I'll be able to say "I told ya so"

Absolutely. Once its here, we're stuck with it. Politicians are cowards. Look how they've pussy footed around Obamacare which isn't half the boondoggle that MFA would be. Itll be a social security type racket that were stuck with. Big, unnecessary, failing and nobody will have to nuts to step up and eliminate it.

"Too big to fail." If Dems are in power, they certain won't let it fail (given that it's their monster). And Republicans are spineless and as we've seen with Obamacare, too afraid to take any negative press for letting the healthcare system fail.
