We had a dictator for the last four years and don't even know their identity! We have judges who were never elected who are twarting the will of a duly elected president and everyone who voted for him. Kings are not elected so wtf are you talking about?

I am a Monarchist, but lucky for all others the US Constitution keeps people like me in check. Actually i am Catholic Theocracy type of believer.
I'm opposed to a true theocracy but I would like to see more God fearing, born again Christians in high political office.

It's frustrating when Massie or Paul or some Republican doesn't support President Trump’s legislative agenda...BUT that's the prerogative of a Representative or a Senator in representing the people who elected him.
Was his vote on this in line with what his constituents sent him to Washington for? That might be the issue. Maybe Massie voted how he thought was best but not how his constituents would have wanted him to. Was it in line with what he ran on to get elected? If so, that’s how it’s supposed to work; if not, I could see why they’re mad.

Yup. I don't think Trump can be called a king by any stretch.

Tell that to Walmart heir Kristy Walton....

If you want to have a real discussion about this and not a match of rhetorical chess, then let me pose a question to you. What organization or institution actually functions well where rule is distributed amongst the many?

A small republic with a strong constitution?

She knows that, but saying he is a king scores her more points on the cocktail circuit.

How old is that republic?

I actually might prefer a king to a congress that has become an HOA on steroids.

Honestly, I believe size is more relevant than age. Ours is aging, but the absolute size and centralization of government over so great many a people is unsustainable.
What are your thoughts?

The President has been a king since 1861, when the constitution was abolished and the President decided he had the authority to hold states in perpetuity to the union. You’re about 164 years late.
What’s fascinating is how far leftists like Newsom will talk about state sovereignty, but they’ll defend the attack on Fort Sumter because of slavery or some shite they were fed in public school.

People who are now doing the "king" thing are the ones who are easily manipulated by propaganda. Look at how quickly and easily they took up the term.
There is no such thing in the US.

The hostility that Massie gets for voting how he sees fit got me thinking....
Would you prefer to abolish Congress and the Courts and have the President write the laws, interpret the laws, and execute the laws? Do you want a king?
Oh the King language - actually surprised you did not mention Hitler - tired talking points ferreted out to folks such as you to gobble it up and perpetuate. BYW, how many illegals are you housing - in your residence?

Buzz off. I don't think anything that Trump has done is vaguely kingish. I'm for deporting all illegals.
