It certainly appears to be one as we have a shite ton of morbidly obese people who are avid fans of breakfast.
The reality is that most adult Americans would benefit by skipping breakfast and eating 2 meals within a compressed window of time/congruent with their circadian rythym
Current, contemporary science argues that this is in line with evolutionary biology. The article in my prior post references older cultures. The sheer act of skipping a shitty sugar/processed food laden meal per day would have a large impact on obesity, diabetes and chronic disease...
How many people do you know in real life who do this? Why is this not more commonly known? The sad fact is that large corporations stand to lose a ton of money if the formal recommendations were to eat "nothing" . There is no profit in nothing.
