It appears that a significant portion of posters profess to be Christian.

99% of people I’ve known that profess to be Christians aren’t really Christians. They wouldn’t understand the first thing about loving your neighbor and kindness.
Of course when you call them out they pull the ever-convenient biblical get-out-of-jail-free card and say, “everyone is a sinner, nothing we can do about that.” And they continue on. Rinse, repeat

I used to until the 2020 election was stolen. I was then threatened with the loss of my job because I chose not to get the covid vaccine. I also read about a survey in which a majority of Democrats agreed that unvaccinated people should be put in quarantine camps.

Almost positive you're pro-choice. What would you classify a fetus to be if not "human"?

Like trust, dignity can be lost and hard to earn back. It's also subjective, as respect is earned based on what someone seems fit to respect.

Example, Thomas Sowell has dignity and worthy of my respect. On the other hand, Al Sharpton is a royal POS human garbage not deserving of my respect, and yes I would tell him that to his face if asked.

You people need to stop trying to out Christian Christians, we know what's best for our own personal relationship with God.

Some don't recognize their own dignity or respect themselves.

This seems to be true for many people, especially in our modern secular world.

We are not of equal worth in a market or equal contributors to society.

What does this have to do with dignity?

I can recognize that my neighbor was created in God's divine image, but not respect what they've done with that inheritance.

Agreed.

That wasn’t my intention. Protestants don’t value good works as much as Catholics do. Protestants don’t venerate the Blessed Mother. It’s not a dig, I’m just not familiar with this aspect of Protestantism.

It’s not even worth telling the truth when you people just make up all kinds of crazy lies about me and post them as dogma. Not sure what itch that scratches for y’all.

When have I ever encouraged or praised abortion?

So... EVERYONE has same "amount" of dignity? Charles Manson and Billy Graham have the same "amount" of dignity? That is your contention?

Yet you make ignorant claims. :Face-palm:

Protestants do plenty of good works, including the creation of this nation and plenty of Missionary work here and around the world.

Pretty sure we had a discussion here where you were quite enthusiasticly defending the rights of women to kill their unborn babies, whom you seem to also recognize as having inherent dignity.

Not sure how you square that one but it probably comes from the same place where you think you can be both for and opposed to abortion rights.
