because it is silly, the priority shouldn't be to manipulate the system to show as few cases as possible for optics sake. The priority should be to stop spread or at least mitigate it and give the american people the best health care possible.

Im not familiar with all the minutia of this case but 2 of trumps top campaign advisers clearly revived millions of dollars from Russia.

That wasn't even really my point, it is evident that the Russian propaganda dept have and do make up conspiracy theories and other disinformation to flood the the US internet media market to create distrust and instability. They were also clearly trying to push Trump into office as they viewed him as an destabilizing choice.
