Do we think 3 years was a decent amount of time?

I know we've been screaming for heads to roll (and I know it hasn't happened yet but it looks like it will soon) but considering the massive scope of this coup against our president (possibly all the way up to Obama) I think 3 years is a decent amount of time for all this to be coming to ahead.
And this may be an unpopular opinion...but I'm almost glad the Republicans didn't shut this down when they controlled Congress because none of this would be coming to light now. We would've never known how evil these shitstains are. And Trump survived the storm and Flynn will get retribution

Well the investigation was going in the wrong direction for most of that 3 years. I don't know the exact length of time that the investigation of wrongdoing against McCabe, Comey, Brennan, Stzrock et al has been going on, but it's been short relative to Trump's entire Presidency.

That's kinda my point. The amount of pure shite (entire DNC, media, plus some GOP) Trump and his supporters in DC had to push thru to get to the point we're at now...it's kinda phenomenal it's only taken 3 years. I mean...they even had to deal with a freaking impeachment trial.

But without that...we wouldnt know the totality of the corruption of the Obama admin. So to me it almost seems worth it since Trump has survived and even possibly gotten stronger

I completely agree on that. I guess I was just saying that most of that time, while ultimately helpful, it wasn't able to be used to proactively put a case together against the evildoers. But you're exactly right....it was actually necessary in the long run.

Its very difficult when the investigators cannot trust their fellow investigators who are tryng to protect and deflect to save their own arse and that of their co-conspirators.

Especially when there were so many media leaks to the media and no one really knew who was doing the leaking.

The issue is when both parties are on the same page they get things done. The problem is it usually is a rape of the citizens.
