I heard the other day that Flake said he'd vote 'present' instead of 'no' if he was opposed.

But that is the same as voting 'no' - one other no vote from one of the snowflake triple-holes would sink it.

Yeah - as I understand it the committee report is just a recommendation - not really needed now that all the Senators already have their minds made up - should just eliminate the shite-show it has become - thanks to the feckless, dishonorably, criminal DEMOCRATs.

Does anyone think Manchin or Heitkamp may vote yes? Heitkamp may be the most vulnerable Democrat in the Senate given the polling.
