Don’t tell me otherwise because you don’t know what you’re talking about. I still attend four reunions a year. I still talk to field grade officers and CSMs all the times. I’ve still got troops who served under me who are just now retiring and they know what’s going on.

And you’d be exactly correct.
Fact of the matter is that what is going on right now in the US and in other places all over the world could definitely be interpreted as a prelude to any number of wars.
There are parallels to be found everywhere.
With regard to our civil war in particular ... the media was complicit from 1827-1860 without a doubt. The northeast and Chicago completely controlled what news was published back then and they were corrupt.

The Democrats control the media in this country and that was one of their stated goals at the time a hundred years ago ... which wasn't that long ago if you stop and think about it. WWI, slightly before, Marxism, Leninists, Bolsheviks ... they all had stated for decades that controlling the schools and media was the first step towards world domination.

If other States are going to throw their elections and allow illegal aliens to vote, with the subsequent results ending in laws passed that effect me, a citizen in a state with a majority of citizens that believe in 100% contrary views, then frick it. We've been through this before, on the wrong side of State's rights, but this time it's different. This time we're the good guys, opposed to socialism and globalism. If Trump can't turn this trend around and get this country's government centered more around the rights of the state's, it really is over. It may take 8 years or 20, it took Adolf 10.
