This will never happen, because Trump isn't ideological. He's pragmatic and obsessed with loyalty/allegiance. So someone who mostly worships the ground he walks on standing in the way of something he wants to do on an ideological basis enrages him (Rand, pro-lifers, whatever). He thinks those people/entities should have loyalty to him/MAGA as their highest priority.
That won't change, and he'll hold grudges against those people far more than people who want to destroy traditional America and hate our worldview.
