Just heard the chief of police screaming for help, 200+ officers short. Mayor claims the federal court backlog is the issue. What the hell is going on? Has justice just disappeared? And this is just one example. But it's in Jo's backyard. Wake up people, this Democrat sh--show has got to stop! American public has relied on law enforcement to protect them in the past. If they can't/will not today for whatever reason then we have to take charge! The day is coming. No link but fox news, 6:00 show.

This is the new Democrat talking point for their horrible policies on policing they're implementing indirectly in inner cities all over the country.
They tried to blame the crime in Houston on the same thing including a lack of judges to process cases. This doesn't excuse these pieces of shite from letting other pieces of shite back out on the streets to commit MORE crimes.

Feds court may be backlogs ( obviously as dc crimes are bad on a good day ) but you are entitled to a timely trial

It was a huge mistake for Congress ever to have handed them local control. DC exists to be a Federal capital, not a state, and so Congress should take management of the city back, as it was Constitutionally intended, and appoint a czar to run things there. If the residents don't like it, frick them. They can be evicted with the stroke of a pen.
