The very purpose of the skit was to make fun of Karens wanting to to be woke and "culturally appropriate".
It was maybe mildly amusing - not particularly creative.
One of the all-time great SNL skits was when Seinfeld hosted in 1992 and they did a Passover dinner where Elijah the prophet was an a-hole. He told people when they would die, he lied to get kids in trouble and he even hit on a 16 year old girl. I don't remember any outrage - because it was funny and people weren't snowflakes.
The actual criticism is around the islam thing - literally, there's a 0% chance they would ever do something similar with allah or mo mo the prophet. These idiots are too dumb to understand how lucky they are.
