Director of National Intelligence not planning to release whistleblower complaint

ODNI has supplied members of Congress with a redacted version of the complaint that they can bring to Thursday's hearing with acting intelligence chief Joseph Maguire, an ODNI spokesperson said early Thursday. This means that lawmakers will likely be able to talk freely about its contents.
"Consistent with the accommodations process, last night ODNI formally transmitted a properly classified version of the complaint to the congressional intelligence committees," an ODNI spokesperson told The Hill in a statement.
"We also provided Congress a redacted version of the complaint that Members can bring to an open hearing. ODNI is not planning to release the redacted version of the complaint at this time,” the spokesperson said. LINK

As one not that well versed in politics, what does this even mean? We already have the phone call transcript. What is the complaint? That he/she was strong armed into not saying something? Or that the transcript doesn't tell the whole story, i.e. Trump's inflection during the call. Maybe he used a Darth Vader voice modifier to sound more threatening.

The whistleblower didn't have to be in the room. He knows the people that were in the room and he has multiple credible sources. They will be called to testify under oath before Congress as part of the Impeachment Inquiry over the next several months.

Fact:
The full transcript has been released. Two world leaders have confirmed the authenticity of the verbiage, which was dictated and recorded by, not one, but two, individuals who listened to the call.
I don't know how a person can spin the words of an actual confirmed conversation, but that's what dims are doing.
It's like someone coming to your home and introducing them to you "German Shepherd" which is actually a house cat... and being absolutely unwavering when they tell you you're mistaken about the identity of the pet.
In what bizarre reality are we living?... when concrete facts and overwhelming evidence are no longer seen as accepted truth?
