We see it. It's been coming since the 1960s. Had to reach an ebullition point at some time.
We cannot stop it. So why melt?

Some young dummies could learn from that. .....or didn't they try that at the (CHAZ) and (CHOP) locations after the great humanitarian George Floyd OD'd?

are you so destitute that a 70 cent increase in the price of gas puts you in a bind?
In 2024 you were the same person saying Trump would bring down gas prices.
Basically he's infallible in your eyes. Interested in your thoughts about him banging that disgusting prostitute for 100,000 dollars?

I remember 19 cents per gallon,.and 40 cents a pack cigarettes from a vending machine. Also, $5 per hour being decent pay, union scale.

Narrow & small minded AF. One nuke makes the price go up to $10 per gallon overnight and STAY THERE.

Not saying you didn’t. I have always seen gas stations that are substantially priced higher than others. They are usually mom and pop type places or are in a prime location with easy access.
Respectively, whether intended or not, your post insinuates that is the price of gas in the area where you live, which it is not.
Google AI referenced AAA, which is a reputable source. It listed the average for the state, the city with the highest prices and city with the lowest prices. No area was over $3.00.
