brought this up in a thread earlier, but we have crazy liberal pastor in Fayetteville, that goes on Facebook saying frick republicans. He has a summer camp for kids called "Queer Camp" for gay and trans kids. He is a very strange dude, obsessed with the sexuality of children. His tax exemption status should be revoked, but we know that won't happen. I don't understand how any parent lets their child near this dude.

Why do you attend this church?

My pastor told us to pray about the election and to pray for our country. Didn’t try to tell us who to vote for. Reminded us that God is still on the throne regardless of the outcome.

Yes, my priest went even further. He is from Poland and lived in actual communism and has called out Democrat leaders by name during his homily and told the congregation that the Democrat party will lead this country to communism.

We go to Church at the Lake of Ozarks at a small Church and yesterday was the first time in the three years we been attending service our Preacher said anything about remotely political. Here in Missouri we have an abortion measure on the ballot, and he brought it up saying we should vote no because a baby should not pay the price for the evils of the father. The abortion measure would not allow for abortion in the event it is because of a rape.

The preacher told my small Southern Baptist congregation (of about 4k each Sunday across many campuses) not for whom to vote, but to vote for the candidate who supports life and indendence of God's church, while reminding everyone that irrespective of the results, God remains in control.
