Did I hear correctly, the Dems did not sign a bill to pay government employees?

Steve Scalise said they turned it down recently. How can they not say that this is all on them? Pelosi is ok giving 5 billion for border security just not a wall? What a loon.

Trump said Mexico would pay for it and that he would own the shutdown.

No need to worry about optics for the Dems.

they lean on the two bills they already passed before the shutdown with no money for border wall

they tried to do another one with more money for border but spells out it cant be used for wall but it couldnt pass because of the AOC socialist party gang

The Dem's whole argument and position is looney, yet people still try to find a way to side with Pelosi out of political bias.

#1 He said in the primaries that it would likely come from a revised trade agreement

#2 If something is good for the country and cheap relative to the economic and security benefit it provides, do you find a way to fund it or just blindly say no because Mexico is not writing a personal check to the US?

I hope they keep proposing bills and make the Dems not agree. Makes their position more petty by the day. Can give 56 billion in foreign aid but can’t give 5.7 billion to protect our borders?

Half of the people who are against the wall want the house Dems to give it to Trump just to reopen the government.

Actually forget what I'm saying, the optics are perfectly fine.
