Did Biden Run This Year To Pay Back The Chinese?

We've often discussed that Biden wasn't up for this from the beginning... and that the DNC clearly pushed Biden over the finish line of the primaries (all the other establishment Dems dropping and endorsing Biden before Super Tuesday, etc).
Did Joe Biden HAVE to run in order to pay back the Chinese for all of the money they've given him for access to a future presidency?
And did China release the Wu Flu last fall to prop up Biden's chances this year during the election?
Am I getting too conspiracy theoristy?
Now that we know China and other countries were sending the Biden family big money even while Trump was President... we already know foreign entities were pumping the Clinton Foundation with money in exchange for a future presidency... was Biden just cashing in on the same meal ticket?

Yes and he added Kamala to the ticket because the Chinese wanted continuity. She is in on it too.

Biden ran because Ukraine got a new president in 2019. He didn’t want to run, but he once he announced his candidacy, he knew that any look into his international dealings could be easily fashioned into a political takedown by the president. The impeachment was a wag the dog event which came from that.

I find this somewhat difficult to go with, simply because the impeachment didn't make any difference in moving the needle on anything. MAYBE the Democrats thought it would move the needle, but I'm just not sure they're so stupid.

The FBI has had the laptop for a year. The shift to Biden was made sometime before the nomination. He wasn't who they wanted. It's their only hope of getting control and quashing (obstruction of justice) the investigations. The based computer repair guy may have saved our Republic.

The Chinese and the deep state actors wanted someone they can control. Not only are Biden and Kamala indebted to and compromised by the Chinese and several other foreign semi-enemies but Biden is expendable. If he loses, no big loss of talent to the DNC. If he wins, he can be removed for a variety of reasons and another puppet is there to take his place.
Without a doubt, the NSA, FBI and various intel agencies (including foreign) have been manipulating US presidents, politicians (and more recently judges) for a very long time. It is likely that Mitt Romney and John McCain are/were in on the system too. Consider the politicians compromised by Epstein, even royalty from the UK (Prince Andrew) (reminder: Trump expelled Epstein from Mar A Lago)
