We are all told it exists and drives the seen and unseen racial atrocities of the day. Yet, when white people ask why they should feel guilty over something that they cannot control, they are told that's not the purpose of the WP awareness exercise. So what's the end game? Every time someone says they admit it exists and then asks what they have to do about it, no one really gives a definitive answer as to what the solution is. Is step one to make it an accepted premise then have some bitter, seething college professor come up with the solution that he hands to the guilty white people to spread around the liberal blogosphere?

Well DuBois believed that an intellectual class of blacks would lead them out of subjugation, his views were at odds with another great black thinker of the time, GWC who was more of a white apologist and wanted a more gradual, cooperative move out of subjugation.

Well, what's the normal first step for someone in this day and age who's genuinely interested in learning about something (as opposed to recoiling in horror from it and defeating the concept at all costs?) I suspect, for most of our generation, it's checking Wikipedia. Let's start with the first sentence.

Zach believes that and he uses the book the Bell Curve which is the only piece of literature in the last 20 year which states that. Zach ignores a whole body of research which has evidence that blacks do not have a lower IQ, but Zach doesn't want to read other pieces of literature which contradicts his favorite source, The Bell Curve. Zach uses the Bell Curve to justify his racism.
