What happened/is happening in MN's Twin Cities is a great example of what they were looking to do.

They brought in so many migrants to a concentrated area of one group (the Somali's) you can not win a local election without their support. No aldermen, no school board, no mayor, etc. This is how a city gets taken over. The illegals, and not deporting them, is just a way to buy their support to get the leftists in.

However, once they wield that power you can't oppose them and then fraud can take over.

That's why Biden/Mayorkas were flying illegals directly in. Ever wonder why they were always from the same group? This is why. Haitians in Ohio, Somalis in MN, Venezuelans in CO, etc. They weren't just pumping the numbers. They were creating voting blocs with shared roots so they did not have competing voting blocs. For example, if you mix S Mexicans /C Americans with Mexicans from the north they will hate each other.

So the Biden administration did not mix groups. They brought them in as one group to one city to target local governments. It's no different that what the Russians did in eastern Ukraine starting in 2014, except it is being done to citizens here at home.

It's a classical influence operation.

They are hiring thousands of agents because thousands are quitting.
