Can only hope that the literal destruction of cities like Portland and SAN Fran and the employment in Trumps economy will kill this pipe dream in the eyes of enough people. Also hopefully more millennials get fricking jobs and become less fricking crazy long before this shite flies at a federal level.

It's not in the proposal itself. It is however part of an FAQ from a meeting that either a subcommittee or AOC's committee had today.
