You have to enlarge the photo, but the rifle barrel (or forestock) is pretty obvious, where it projects from behind the girl’s chin.

If I am the driver, that is far too close to “pointing at my vehicle” for my comfort.

He had the red right to carry. COMMITTING a crime while carrying and raising weapon during commission of crime is the difference in the two cases you pointed out.

He was intimidating (likely too much of a snowflake pussy to shoot) a person with his AK47, he was unlucky to point it the wrong individual.
