The biggest issue in that letter is it resets their start date of this conflict.
They want SO BAD for the US to be blamed for responding to Russia starting this conflict (via the acts in the letter committed by their puppet), that their entire rhetoric requires starting in 2014 after the organic Maidan revolution gave the West opportunity to respond to Russia.

Good Lord that is highly documented as the reasoning to impeach Trump for the Ukraine call. The aide to Ukraine has been on the books at the State Department probably since 2004.
It is a revolving State Dept. thing. Trump gave them what they needed and not some NGO blankets, Hillary & Toria Nuland color books, and color revolution signs.
Trump gave them what they needed so the USA didn't have to start a proxy war with Russia in Ukraine. He froze the aide to Ukraine for a bit to study WTF the State Dept was doing.
That is a weak, backasswards talking point.
Next issue? How about DeSantis' foreign policy? Is DeSantis a neocon, yes or no?

The irony of you posting something about DeSantis, (which you haven't explained how that letter or DeSantis statement is bad, by the way) about Ukraine yet are completely ignoring Trump actually giving arms to Ukraine, and are making excuses for it, meanwhile some letter that is factual based is somehow bad because it says "Ukraine" in it shows everyone your lack of intelligence on the matter. Why don't you take the time & watch Ukraine On Fire Congress critters knew exactly what Victoria Nuland & Pushaw, McCain, Kerry, et al... were up to.
Did Congressman DeSantis speak out on Nuland much less the USA biochem labs in Ukraine? The biochem labs that were so innocuous that Toria Nuland was worried Russia would get their hands on them?

The Maidan revolution was already underway when the letter was written. Russia created that problem (via their puppet rejecting the EU track they had been working on for so long). So, other than the fact that this letter doesn't do what I just quoted, you don't even understand the events going on.
