Long story short, Florida’s laws regarding Grand Jury secrecy didn’t allow them to be released outright, and courts continuously denied every petition to do so.
By passing a bill to make an exception, people can petition to have them released, effective July 1. Sounds like it will be unredacted.

Desantis specifically mentioned wanting to know why the Feds gave him such a sweetheart deal, and having "justice served", so there might be some details regarding that.

It's not in Desantis' interest to reveal what actually took place between our IC and foreign intelligence. This seems like posturing. Unless, for some reason, he's completely on board with exposing blackmail operations that are still taking place
