Curious how you baws on here think he navigates this. The media will of course fondle Fried and Crist more than Gillum did for that meth-hooker a few years back. They will pull out all the stops to derail him as they will view him as a dangerous force in '24, and will hound him incessantly about his clear intent to run for POTUS early into his second term.

Definitely not an easy one to manage, but one thing he's demonstrated so far is an ability to drive the narrative. The questions I would pose to the collective on here are 1) what is his response to the negative propaganda campaign?, and 2) when does he actually kick off his campaign?

Does he need to run for governor again to stay relevant? If not, he should solely focus on the presidency.

I would be all for anotherTrump presidency, but Trump can have a greater impact as a kingmaker and helping primary rinos.

I think if DeSantis wins reelection by a huge margin of say 5-10 points, that would instantly make him the heavy GOP front runner.

Winning one of the biggest swing states in America by that much would give a lot of other potential GOP candidates pause and make him very attractive to a lot of voters and donors.

Locking up a state like that with little to no trouble and being able to focus on the rust belt?

Biden will either be dead or in a nursing home by 2024.

Youth. Only idiots would vote in a 78 year old president.

No perceived negative publicity.

Doesn't run his mouth on Twitter

Seems overly professional

While I think that Trump was a very good president, especially his foreign policies, he fueled the fire whenever possible.

Yes.

2024 is DeSantis' window to strike while his stock is as high as it will ever be and that is contingent on him making more headlines with policymaking in Florida.

Being a sitting Governor, the executive of one of the largest states in America no less, gives you a bully pulpit that other GOP candidates can't hope to match.

Look pal take your Trump-simping to another thread. No issues with GEOTUS but this thread was supposed to be about our dreamy savior, Ronald DeSantis.

I agree completely, and I love that orange bastard. Desantis is better at being a dick without being obnoxious.
