I bet the govt spends billions on streaming services and Uber eats.
Just an example....
I worked at a large government agency and every user (3 or 4k so figure 1500 floating licenses) had access to an IPTV server with channels like ESPN and History and AMC
Why? to increase productivity I guess.
But whatever the reason it's probably in the 100s of millions every year for the licenses, the provider infrastructure fees, the local network infrastructure hardware & labor. even the hours that the client support guys spend troubleshooting individual users. it's a ton of money for really zero business reason. I'm sure every agency has a similar story.
